We offer two Extended Warranty options to suit your needs:
1 Year Extended Warranty
Extend your coverage with an additional year of protection for the mat, springs, and frame. This upgrade brings your total coverage to 11 years for the frame and 6 years for the mat and springs—giving you added confidence that your trampoline is well protected against manufacturing defects under normal residential use.
3 Year Extended Warranty
For ultimate reassurance, the 3-Year Extended Warranty extends mat and spring coverage by three full years and upgrades your frame coverage to a lifetime warranty. Enjoy years of safe, worry-free jumping, knowing your trampoline frame is protected throughout its 15-year expected lifespan under normal use and according to our warranty terms.
Warranty Info
To help you get even more out of your ACON purchase, we offer Extended Warranty options for our Acon X, Acon Air 16 HD and Acon Air 13 HD products. These plans provide additional coverage beyond the standard warranty, protecting against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship when the product is used under normal residential conditions by the original purchaser.
The warranty period begins on the date the product ships and applies exclusively to the original owner. It cannot be transferred, including in cases of resale.

1-Year Extended Warranty
Adds one extra year of protection to key components, resulting in:
- Frame coverage extended to a total of 11 years
- Mat coverage extended to a total of 6 years
- Spring coverage extended to a total of 6 years
3-Year Extended Warranty
Provides more comprehensive coverage, including:
- Frame coverage upgraded to a lifetime warranty (up to 15 years, the expected product lifespan)
- Mat coverage extended to a total of 8 years
- Spring coverage extended to a total of 8 years
