QUESTION

ANSWER

Does your outlet offer all types of trampolines and gymnastic equipment, including round and rectangular trampolines?

Yes! However, it is good to remember that the discounted outlet products are stock clearance items, meaning that the number of products available is limited and they are purchased at a fast pace. We aim to offer a vast selection of products, such as outdoor trampoline discounts, budget-friendly rebounders, durable airtracks and more.

Are there any exclusive deals or discounts available at the outlet?

Yes. Items available on this outlet page are sold at a price you won’t see anywhere else at Acon. Our outlet store promotions are exclusive and once the items are sold out, there is no restock and they’re gone for good. So be sure to get yours while you still can!

Can I return or exchange products bought from the outlet?

Our return policy is also applicable for all of our outlet products. You can read more about our return policy here.

Do your outlet products like trampolines and airtracks come with a warranty?

Yes. All our outlet products are new, never used products. They come with the same warranty as our non-outlet products. You can see the warranty for the product from the product specifications. In addition, we offer a 100% spare part guarantee for our trampolines. For other, non-trampoline stock clearance products, the spare part availability might be limited.

How often does your outlet receive new stock or updated models?

Our outlet products mainly consist of stock clearance products. New discount trampolines, rebounders as well as other items are added to the outlet when a lineup or product is decided to be discontinued or otherwise discounted.

I’m interested in buying an outlet product. Is there a way to receive notifications about sales or new items in the outlet?

We recommend you sign up to our newsletter to stay in the know about everything that’s happening at ACON, including new product launches as well as various outlet promotions, deals and sales.

Do you offer BNPL services or other financing options for large purchases, such as outdoor trampolines, at the outlet?

Yes. You can use the following BNPL services: Klarna, Shop Pay as well as a credit card for purchasing our outlet products as well.

Are there any safety certifications for your discount trampolines and more affordable gymnastics equipment available at the outlet?

All our outlet products are new, never used products. The same safety regulations and recommendations apply for our outlet products as they do for our non-outlet products.

How do I purchase spare parts for outlet trampolines or accessories?

You can purchase spare parts from our spare part section on our site.

How do I make sure that I get the best price on outlet trampolines / rebounders / gymnastics equipment?

The prices listed in our outlet page are the lowest price we can offer by default, so you are always getting the best deal possible on the given item when purchased from our outlet page.
